Super good lures for Rainbow and Brown trout in Ozark streams. The price at Discount Tackle is the best I have seen on these lures. Shipping was quick. This was my first order. I will for sure be a return customer.

Color Ditch Brown. I remove both hooks, replace with one only size 10. Put this treble hook at the claw end only.
Caught four Rainbows yesterday.

I've always loved this lure, specifically the silver color with the black back. I've caught a lot of fish on it - as long as the hooks do not become entangled. There is, and always has been, a design flaw in this lure. The rear treble hook is too close to the middle treble hook and it is very easy for the two to become interlocked. I've missed a few fish only to find out that the hooks were tangled. I always check for that before I cast. So, I assume that when the hooks do get tangled, it must occur when the lure hits the water at the end of the cast. Other than that, great lure!

Echoing Collins below- hands down the best trolling lure for stocked trout at 1-2 mph with med-light action rod. Fire Tiger is my go-to on stocked WV impoundments. Nothing else is as consistent.
