Bought them to make teasers for fluke fishing. Better quality than the cheap, no name brands I've found on eBay.

The best split rings I've found

Very strong and corrosion resistant. I've replaced the rings on all my lures with these.

They also snap back after attaching to large hooks. Cheaper brands will stay open of they are opened too far.

And as usual, lightning fast shipping from Discount Tackle. Even to me, being on the other side of the country.
