Orders are shipped daily from Monday - Friday.  You can expect your order to ship on the same or next day that you place it.  Any orders placed after 2pm PST Friday and over the weekend will ship the following Monday.

        We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class returns policy. New, unused products can be returned at any time for a full refund.

        • New, unused items must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
        • Used items, are ineligible for returns.

            Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing your claim.

            *All rods must be returned in their original packaging or similar shipping tube to protect the integrity of the rod.  If your shipping tube was damaged in transit, please notify a customer service representative.


            Once an order is placed, we cannot add items to the order.  Please note that all orders will be shipped as placed.  Sending an email asking us to add an item to your order is not feasible due to the fact that we have no control over your financial commitments.


            Due to inventory fluctuations, we will unfortunately not be able to exchange item(s). If the item(s) that you are looking for is in stock, you can simply order the item(s) you want and return the item(s) you don't, for a full refund.


              We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective item. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier accept the package, contact us, and we will dictate the following course of action.


              Our goal is to get your order processed and shipped as soon as possible. If you would like to cancel, please call us asap and we will do our best to cancel the order before it ships. Attempting to cancel an order via email may result in the order shipping before the email is reviewed. If an order is shipped that you would like to cancel, simply return the order for a full refund.

              REFUNDS & CREDITS

              After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, Paypal). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
