The following are your international shipping options at checkout:

  1. Please make sure you double-check your shipping address for accuracy, as this is the most common reason for a shipment to take longer.

  3. As it states in the listing and at checkout: Standard shipping is between 10-23 business days (working days - no weekends).
  4. Please remember - no post moves on Christmas or New Years.
  5. Please allow the proper time for delivery.  On average, this can take 10-14 days, but it can take up to 21 days, especially if there are address issues, extra duties, etc.
  6. Your purchases are 100% insured.
  7. Postal codes and regulations, as well as customs duties, are unique to each country and change often. Please be familiar with them before you purchase
  8. We cannot issue credit for international packages which are refused or abandoned.

    We guarantee your total satisfaction and offer a world-class returns policy. New, unused products can be returned at any time for a full refund. Used products are subject to inspection before a refund will be processed.

    • New, unused items must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
    • Used items, rods, or reels not damaged in use will be refunded only after inspection. We cannot accept the return of products damaged due to abuse or improper use.

        Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing your claim.

        *All rods must be returned in their original packaging or similar shipping tube to protect the integrity of the rod.  If your shipping tube was damaged in transit, please notify a customer service representative.

          DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

          We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.

          When a replacement part is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we must temporarily authorize your credit card until the original merchandise is returned.

          ORDER CANCELLATIONS

          When you request a cancellation of an order or a part it may take up to 72 hours to process your cancellation claim.

          This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock. Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of your cancellation.

          REFUNDS & CREDITS

          After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, Paypal). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
