A verified payment from PayPal or PayPal Express is by far the fastest and easiest way to pay for and receive your order.

The following are your international shipping options at checkout:

  1. APC Postal Logistics Standard International Shipping (10-23 business days) No Route Tracking - Only delivery confirmation when it arrives. 
  2. APC Postal Logistics Expedited (4-12 business days). It includes route tracking from our secure website as well as delivery confirmation in your country.
  3. USPS Priority Mail shipping is available upon request.
  4. As it states in the listing and at checkout: Standard shipping is between 10-23 business days (working days - no weekends).
  5. Please remember - no post moves on Christmas or New Years.
  6. If you chose standard shipping at checkout there is no route tracking - only delivery confirmation when it arrives.
  7. Please allow the proper time for delivery.
  8. Your purchases are 100% insured.
  9. Postal codes and regulations, as well as customs duties, are unique to each country and change often. Please be familiar with them before you purchase
  10. We cannot issue credit for international packages which are refused or abandoned.

Import Taxes & VAT

There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.

If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs & duty charges will be billed to you. Once a package enters your country these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not. Orders may be returned after receipt if there are any problems. Please be aware of all related charges when ordering.

What is the procedure for shipping Back Ordered items Internationally?
International orders ship complete once all back ordered items have arrived. We do not ship back ordered items separately for International orders. If you need an order to ship before a back ordered item(s) arrives that back ordered item(s) must be canceled off of the order.

What is our International Account Verification Process?
All International customer's purchasing over $100.00 for the first time, will be asked to submit information for account verification. If you are using a Credit Card for your purchase we will send instructions for our verification process in your confirmation e-mail. As long as your Credit Card number and billing address do not change you will only need to follow this process once. If you are using Pay Pal you will receive instructions for verification via our confirmation e-mail as well.

What happens if I don't receive my package?
Economy International APC, Priority Mail, World Mail, and Express Mail do not offer a tracking service, and are NOT insured. We will not replace packages that are lost or stolen if Priority Mail, World Mail, or Express Mail was the method of shipment chosen by the customer. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments to a non-current address.

If we are not notified of an address change before the shipment of your order, refunds or replacements for a lost or stolen package will not be accepted.

What if something doesn't fit or I change my mind?
You are welcome to return or exchange any items purchased from us. The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Clothing must be unworn and in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn and in the original box. We will refund the product cost only. All shipping fees and taxes incurred will be your responsibility.

Will I have to pay any taxes or import duties?

What happens if I refuse or abandon my order?
We cannot issue credit for international packages which are refused or abandoned.

Who is responsible for import fees, duties, and other charges?
You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. We strongly suggest that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. We cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.

Ship-To Prohibitions
Please be informed that your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. We will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport or hotel.
