This little bait completely took me by surprise. I’d seen all the rave over and about them, seen tactical basin’s Matt Allen all but cheat on his wife with them etc etc but seriously how many YouTube shorts, videos, and other clips have you watched where the bait was “the bait” in it’s category and gonna change the way people fish especially BFS YEAH I’ve seen em all too but I was too intrigued not to try them and at $18 each it wasn’t chump change so I got just the colors I felt certain would cover the water I fish mostly. Without going into colors, when and where, etc it’s safe to say I’ve got at least 2 of the “main or regular produced colors” almost all of the respect colors, sp-c colors, and all the Karashi spinners. They’re a fun bait to fish and they flat out catch em

My wife got me the karashi. Its really nice quality smaller than I expected but I actually like it. Anything will hit this. Im excited to try it. Such an awesome bait would definitely recommend switching out the hooks though. Arrived very quickly and at a great price.
I use these to swap out the cheap/thin wire trebel hooks on snipers styly jigs. Super strong, better hook to land ratio than with trebels.
These are one of the "go to" lures for the San Diego blue fin fishery. Stock hooks hold up fine, where most other jigs you have to change out the stock hooks. Good action on these jigs, and they sink fast.

I bought the 3 pack kit of the spook he’s. Great price and my 3 favorite colors in the baits. They’re a killer top water bait especially for pressured fish. With the smaller version. Highly recommend
If you haven't had any success with this bait, it is YOUR fault entirely. It just flat out gets bit! It's the perfect imitation of a small bluegill/baitfish. The dorsal fin acts as a weed guard, and although it is soft, it gets the job done in light/moderate cover. All of the colors get chewed, but "Brownie" and "Sunshine Gill OB" are two of my personal favorites. Coming in at 3/4oz, you can bomb this little bait far, as well as hop it off the bottom like a jig. I get a ton of bites as the bait is falling through the water column, so pay attention when you're fishing the Sleeper Gill! Super Glue the eyes so they don't fall off quickly, lock down that drag, and catch yourself some bass! Can't recommend this bait enough, especially if you are new to bass fishing; just chuck and wind. Thanks for the awesome selection Discount Tackle! Always keep a few of these in my bag.
The 4.8" size is my favorite for two reasons. 1) It makes an outstanding swim jig trailer for when you need a bigger profile. 2) It fishes weightless extremely well! This bait has caught me so many fish; it's got the right profile, feel, and action that bass can't resist. Need an awesome night fishing bait? Pick any dark color, run it on a heavy gauge 4/0 EWG, and have yourself a good ol' time!
This is a great Swim Jig. It's caught me so many big fish throughout the years. Out of all the colors, "Reaction Chart" has been my go-to! The 5/8oz is great for fishing fast or in deeper water. On the Outer Banks of NC fish tend to move to wintering waters as the temps fall. Sometimes with consequences depending upon water temperatures. Once located consider down sizing baits.
