The Yo-Zuri L Minnow is an ultralight jerkbait designed for controlled depth trout, perch, and panfish fishing. Employing a "count-it-down" design popular among sinking trout minnow baits, this legendary lure sinks at a faster rate than most standard other minnow hard baits on the market.
Function similar to how you would fish for trout or perch, the Yo-Zuri's L Minnow is designed to sink while the anglers counts, establishing the depth once the lure reaches the bottom. By reducing the count by one or two numbers on each cast, the angler can then easily establish the desired depth and suspend this lure in a variety of depths and conditions.
The L Minnow is made from tough and durable ABS plastic and can be both cast or trolled for fish-catching wide wobbling action.

I’ve used this several times and have caught bass and crappie on it. Impressive action for such a small jerkbait. I caught with straight retrieve and twitch twitch pause. I keep one tied on my UL set up.

Undoubtedly for me is one of the best colors produced by Yamamoto. Add the natural action of a falling Senko either weightless or the smallest weight you can get by with and you’ve got yourself a fish catcher.
The big TRD is literally the real deal. I just wish they made the perfect perch color in a bigger size like a 6inch, but these work really good. I’ve used it on a Texas rig, Carolina rig and on a shaky head.
