These really do catch bass, they work great in the prespawn and early summer. Had issues with the hooks breaking on a couple pound bass definitely replace hooks and split rings. Only real problem is the side fins that work to pull the lure down break off almost immediately on all 3 of these that I've purchased. They still catch fish without the fins just wont dive as deep. Kinda disappointing for the price they should hold up better.

Extremely high quality bait. Couldn’t ask for more from this company at a great price point. Feather hooks make a nice touch.

Not too big of a lure that would work even in ponds! nailing bass small as 1.5times the size of this lure.

This lure have so many action from slow rolling, long sweep and give slack line during the pause and walk the dog either with the rod or doing half cranks with the reel. Figure out what the fish want and slay em well! Great lure to use mid fall into end of fall or prespawn, especially the gill patterns!

I haven't tossed bigger baits in years and wanted to get back into it. The Gantarel jr. was the perfect bait to help me build my confidence again. I caught about 10 smallmouth on it my first trip using it. Can't wait to hit water for largemouth. Fantastic bait.
