Ok

It's not bad, just not what I was expecting. I mostly fish for large mouth, and the OCB is a better option for large mouth IMO

Mini chatter bait

This thinks flat out work! I love using full size cross eyez chatter baits… but the only fish that’s really gonna eat it, is a large mouth bass. Yes, small ones will hit it on occasion because bass are crazy… but I prefer to catch everything that swims. If you down size, you are much more likely to catch perch, crappie, catfish, white bass, and whatever additional fish you may have at your fishery (like walleye or small mouth if you live up north). This smaller chatter bait still puts off PLENTY of vibration, and fish can easily find it in even the muddiest water. You can experiment with different trailers to see what works best for you, but I don’t recommend using paddle tail trailers, unless it has a very narrow boot. Like the slim swimz. Straight tails seem to work best for me. Sometimes I’ll remove the trailer, and add a small yoto worm (3.5”). The cost of these things is MUCH more affordable, and if you lose one, no big deal. White, black/blue, and green pumpkin colors are honestly the only colors you need. I prefer to just slow roll it on the bottom.

Great for river smallies

As it warms up I've found the 1/4 oz mini's are a great alternative to other jigs. That chatter will bring them out of cover, and/or coax a strike.
