Designed to emulate the flash and flutter of a dying baitfish, it works best on schooling bass that have cornered a school of baitfish. When you find a feeding school, it works best when you position your boat over the school, let the spoon to sink to the bottom, rip it up a few feet, and then let it flutter back down.
