I have used Norman Little N lures for several years and was glad to find better pricing on them at Discount Tackle. Great lure for bass and walleye. I was however sad to see that Norman lures are now made in Guatemala instead of Arkansas. Will see if they perform as well.

My all time favorite Norman lure is probably the Speed N, that is till the water temps drop in December/January. Been nailing 4 lbs+ Bass this December with the Deep Little N on 12 lbs flouro burning and pausing around a 10-11' depth. Using 10 lbs flouro it'll run slightly deeper than the rated 12'. Plan on occasionally having to lightly tweak the line tie in to keep it running true, but that takes mere seconds if needed at all. Plenty of really great colors are available, but the majority of my success by a long shot has been throwing the Lavender Shad color way here in southern Illinois. Tied into 12 lbs flouro gives me bomber casts,10 lbs line gives the wings and it really flies the proverbial country mile!

Norman Deep Little N is my #1 Saugeye bait. I’ve used this bait for 40 years because they catch everything from crappie to Saugeye.

I use these lures all the time and they catch all kinds of fish. I primarily troll with them and they will reach 18 to 20 foot depth. I have turned several other people on to how great these lures are by taken them fishing and letting them reel in some nice fish. Typically, we’ll catch nice Crappie up to 17 inches, white perch, white bass, stripers, catfish, fresh water drum, large mouth bass, an occasional walleye. We always come home with something to throw in the fryer.
