SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN IN THE DISCOUNT TACKLE™ "TACKLE 4 LIFE" GIVEAWAY ("Sweepstakes"). A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00 AM PACIFIC ON 08/20/2018 AND ENDS AT 11:59 PM PACIFIC ON 12/31/2018 ("Sweepstakes Deadline").

  1. HOW TO ENTER:All entries must be submitted no later than the Sweepstakes Deadline. To enter, complete a DISCOUNT TACKLE™ ("Sponsor") TACKLE FOR LIFE GIVEAWAY Entry Form ("Entry Form") by going to contest page on DiscountTackle.com. Information requested on the Entry Form consists of providing your name and email address. Entries containing false, incomplete or fraudulent information will be disqualified. Entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Discount Tackle™ assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete, or non-delivered entries; or for failure or unavailability of electronic equipment, communications or Internet connections; or other errors, failures or malfunctions of any kind. All information collected through entry into the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
  2. SELECTION OF WINNER:Winner will be determined from all eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Deadline in a random drawing within 15 days of the Sweepstakes Deadline (the "Drawing"). The Drawing will be conducted by representatives of Discount Tackle™ whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
  3. PRIZE AND ODDS:There will be one Grand Prize awarded. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received before the Sweepstakes Deadline. The winner will receive the following Grand Prize package: "Tackle 4 Life" 
  4. TOTAL ARV OF GRAND PRIZE "TACKLE 4 LIFE":$1,000 every 12 months from January 2019 through the remainder of the winner's life or one-time payment of $5,000 in product. All prizes will be awarded assuming a sufficient number of eligible entries. Discount Tackle™ reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Discount Tackle™ is responsible only for prize delivery. Discount Tackle™ is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners.
  5. CASH OUT PROVISION: After year 5 of initial winner selection Discount Tackle™ reserves the right to cash out the GRAND PRIZE winner on net present value of GRAND PRIZE based on average US life expectancy minus winner's age at time of cash out provision execution discounted at 15% per year.
  6. ELIGIBILITY:The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Discount Tackle™ and its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.
  7. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES:Winners will be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. The Prize will be awarded to alternate winners if declarations/releases are not completed at the time that the prize is to be awarded. The Winner agrees to Discount Tackle™ use of their name, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.
  8. GENERAL:This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Oregon. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes if any cause outside of Discount Tackle™ control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted on the Discount Tackle™ website and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Discount Tackle™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and his/her Sweepstakes entry) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Discount Tackle™ or any of its affiliates if he/she tampers with the entry process or if his/her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Discount Tackle™ reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of Discount Tackle™ and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
  9. RELEASE:By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release Discount Tackle™ and its affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activity.
  10. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  11. WINNER LIST:To obtain list of the winner, send an email message to info@discounttackle.com and type "Tackle 4 Life Winner List" in the subject line. Winner list will be sent after selection and verification of winner. Any requests for the list of winners must be received by Discount Tackle™ by SEVEN DAYS AFTER LAST DAY OF SWEEPSTAKES.
