The Yo-Zuri L Minnow is an ultralight jerkbait designed for controlled depth trout, perch, and panfish fishing. Employing a "count-it-down" design popular among sinking trout minnow baits, this legendary lure sinks at a faster rate than most standard other minnow hard baits on the market.
Function similar to how you would fish for trout or perch, the Yo-Zuri's L Minnow is designed to sink while the anglers counts, establishing the depth once the lure reaches the bottom. By reducing the count by one or two numbers on each cast, the angler can then easily establish the desired depth and suspend this lure in a variety of depths and conditions.
The L Minnow is made from tough and durable ABS plastic and can be both cast or trolled for fish-catching wide wobbling action.

I’ve used this several times and have caught bass and crappie on it. Impressive action for such a small jerkbait. I caught with straight retrieve and twitch twitch pause. I keep one tied on my UL set up.

I have been looking for a weedless spook for roughly 15-20yrs. My brother had one when we were kids and ALWAYS landed more fish than I ever dreamed of using a frog. I love frog fishing but it can be frustrating especially when you loose a big fish. Finding this bait will be the highlight of 2025 and catching my PB on it would would be amazing. I have high hopes for spring/summer frog fishing.
Yozuri hybrid line is my go to for trout and bass fishing. i get clear line. yo-zuri is tough but is still a light weight line. holds knots really well. good fishing line!
