The soft outer body, the holographic swimming' flash foil and the I-bolt secured holographic "WildEye" set the standard by which all others are measured. Many have tried, but few have matched the ideal swimming action, color choices, long-casting ability, and affordability of the original. Great for bass or nearly any other predatory gamefish that can fit one of these in its mouth. This chatter bait is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The blade starts quick. I use a mooch minnow for a trailer. It presents a nice compact profile that can be thrown with a bait caster.

ive only used my deep-x once, but it doesnt seem to get to the stated depth on a cast. ill be using it on another lake, to cast and troll. i do look forward to that, as this other lake is the reason i purchased the deep-x, mainly to troll with. i think they will work great on the troll!!
