Very effective way to catch bass when the the top water bite is on. We do very well catching smallmouth on our local river and you can't beat the explosive top water bite!

Picked these hooks up to replace hooks on a handful of cranks and jerkbaits prior to going up to Canada in May. I will say there was a HUGE improvement in landing fish with the upgraded hooks and I ended up catching a few PBs. At this point, these Mustad hooks are a no brainer and I will be probably replacing hooks regularly.
I truly think these are the gold standard for spinner baits. Tried a handful of different spinner baits, but the SV-3 just flat out catches fish and also is extremely strong and durable. Also given spinner baits are something that rarely gets hung up, I certainly think it's worth the investment
