Seaguar's AbrazX castable fluorocarbon mainline is specially designed to be ultra-abrasion resistant, testing TWICE as resistant when compared to leading competitor fluorocarbon lines.

Designed for heavy cover yet suitable for all conditions. AbrazX can be used in both spinning reels and baitcasting Reels. The line has exceptional knot and impact strength and is extremely soft and sensitive for a better feel and smoother casting. As with all 100% Fluorocarbon products, AbrazX is much less visible underwater than monofilament line and virtually invisible to fish. The line is also UV resistant, chemical resistant, non-absorbent, high-density, and impervious to cold conditions.

Made from 100% Seaguar resins and produced using our proprietary extrusion process, AbrazX is the best-in-class product for abrasion resistance. Available in 200 yard and 1000 yard spools.

Great line

Have been using Seaguar Abrazx line for several years now. I have tried other brands and can conclude it’s the best for the money. I purchase in bulk to save on the price and keep my line fresh. It seems to more durable than regular fluorocarbon line but like others have said if you feel a nick, retie or cry.

THE BEST for trout!

I don't understand how anyone could write a negative review about this line. I'm 40yo, and I've been trout fishing since I was 5yo. I started fishing Fluoro when it first hit the market. I've literally used every top brand there currently is, and this smokes em all easy. This line is super string, yet is very difficult for fish to detect, even when fishing for finicky trout. I just caught 3 breeders over the weekend, and didn't even reset my line in between two of them. All 6 lb trout, one even jumping 4 times out of water while barrel rolling one of those time. It was unbelievable. What kept me safe? This line! Invizx is great too, but it's softer and nicks easier. This and tatsu are prime!

Seaguar line

Not a thing wrong with the Seaguar line. Just one item I never have to think about not doing it's job. If I get a nick in the line ( however small ) = retie or cry !!
Not fair to blame breakage on the line.

Great line

I have used all the popular name brand lines through the years. Basically been a Seaguar and Sunline guy for the most part. The Abrazx is as good as it gets. Casts great and of course abrasion resistant. I can use 17lb. For a variety of applications where many have to go 20lb. But 17lb cast so much better. Great line!
