Berkley Trilene XL Monofilament Lo-Vis Green Excellent For Trout

I primarily use the 4 lb. test lo-vis green line because I appear to get more strikes in freshwater lakes than with the clear line. My spool is filled with this line and I fish it with a straight main line, a Carolina rig, or split shot on top rig with the most success using mini jigs, PowerBait, or Mice Tails. I also like the larger line capacity spools which allows me to fill more reels or use the extra line for leaders.

The Trilene line is very dependable, I especially like the lo vis green to help keep the fish from seeing it so they concentrate on the bait. It is very smooth casting. 4lb line will hold a 8 lb fresh water drum. The amount of line for the price is nice too.

Line is easy to work with and does everything the package says it will do. I bought the 8# and 10# Lo-Vis green at Discount tackle. Discount Tackle's price was great and they shipped the line fast. I would buy this Berkley Trilene XL Lo-Vis green line again as I like what it does when it's on the reel.
