BKK snaps

I bought these to help my 8 year old grandson. He has a difficult time squeezing the old style clips to change lures. These are easy for him to use and he likes to try almost every lure as he is hooked on bass fishing. Next trip we will learn fly fishing and the light 10lb snap should be light enough for popping bugs. I’m not only satisfied with the product but the service as well. Very impressed by the size 2 BKK Fast Snap clips! Nice compact clip with plenty of surface area for lure play. My jigs and spoons now have that wiggling movement I was looking for! I also use the small clips tied to my saltwater fly leader to change flies quickly while night fishing for striped bass!

Great lure for Gulf of California

I had one in the box with Yozuri, Shimano and Daiwa equivalent lures. As soon as my guide saw this Rapala he grabbed it and started using it. He caught many cabrilla in the rocks, and large yellowtail in open water. At the end of the trip I asked him why he chose that one and he stated "because it works!"

It sure did, I was happy to see him filling our boat with nice quality fish. So I ordered 2 more bunker color, and 2 other colors for my next trip. Discount Tackle had best prices and fast processing and delivery.

Good Value

This line seems to be a great middle-of-the-road value. There are certainly less expensive and significantly more expensive lines, but for the cost, this one casts really well, the line strength seems correct, knots hold correctly, and the color does not come off. Like all parts of a good fishing system, if selected to be in balance with the rod, reel, and lure weight, this product performs perfectly.
