Features:

  • The Megabass Sleeper Craw is a 3 inch, 5/8 oz soft plastic craw from the new Megabass Sleeper series.
  • The Sleeper Craw features a Carapace Hook Guard hidden inside its soft plastic hollow body cavity, undetectable to gamefish, naturally avoids snagging and weeds, and easily compresses away for clean hook-sets.
  • The Sleeper Craw also features buoyant but durable claws that float up into a crawfish's natural defensive position when you pause, and gets aggressive on the twitch and retrieve, just like a real craw.
  • Like its brothers, the Megabass Sleeper Gill and Megabass Dark Sleeper, the Megabass Sleeper Craw protects the hook in protective soft plastic, letting you fish it fearlessly in all sorts of structure.
  • Check out all of the great color options available for the Megabass Sleeper Craw.

The long-awaited, bottom-scuttling stealth craw has arrived! The Megabass Sleeper Craw harnesses the revolutionary performance of the Megabass Sleeper series, bringing its hidden-hook design, enticing realism, and undeniable fish-catching ability to the staid category of conventional craw imitators. Unlike traditional offerings, the Sleeper Craw's weight and hook are concealed within its body. This presents a stealthy package that lulls targets into natural, long-duration bites and reduces the chances of snagging, allowing anglers to move from dock skipping to laydowns to more traditional rockpiles with confidence.

Constructed with a buoyant, highly durable material with a custom scent, the Megabass Sleeper Craw rests in the claws-up ready position and moves with uncanny realism. With an encased weight built to navigate treacherous rock formations without the unnatural sounds of lead or tungsten contact, the Sleeper Craw is perfectly suited to bottom-contact applications. Bring it to life with light line shake, a bottom-bumping drag, or vigorous hops; regardless of your technique, the unique design of the Megabass Sleeper Craw will deliver fresh bites. Available in a ton of great colors. One bait per pack.

Must have

I waited a long time for the sleeper craw to finally be released as Megabass had teased us with the idea for many years before they finally hit shelves last year. Early spring I was able to utilize this bait up shallow around spawning areas. The ability to skip this bait under boat docks and overhanging tree limbs makes it an excellent shallow bait. It weighs 5/8oz so it casts well, but it sinks much slower than you’d imagine. It does in fact get hung up on wood but it excels in rock and grass. I tend to switch to a jig around a lot of wood. Good luck guys! This is a must have in my arsenal all year, but definitely in Spring when the big ones are up shallow

Megabass Sleeper Craw

Having excellent results with the Dark Sleeper & Sleeper Gill I had to try these. My rig for this one a Dobyns Champion Extreme HP DX 746C FH with a Shimano Metanium 101 XG spooled with Sunline Shooter 16 lb test line. The casting distance & hook up ratio are excellent. I fished around docks rocks,, trees, reeds, brush piles, all kind of grass, from 1 to 20 feet on Santee Cooper.LMB has slot limit of 14" +.In 4 trips I had 16 keepers & several short ones. 14 were 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 lbs & 2 were 5 + lbs The baits were in good shape with the appendages in tack The 3 colors I used were Scuppernong, Blue, Red. Megabass has another winner. ..
