The VMC Neon Moon Eye Jig is a lead jighead featuring a large holographic fish eye. The Moon Eye Jig has a specially designed Aspirin-shaped head that provides added control over your presentation. It also has other features like 3D holographic eyes that create the illusion of a wider profile while adding realism.
Assembled with a premium VMC® high-carbon steel hook with top-of-the-line black nickel finish, these jigs are a great choice when throwing swimbaits for nearly any species, trolling paddle tails for walleye, trout, and panfish, or vertical jigging in both open and hard water.

These jigs continue to be a favorite of mine whether trolling or jigging. I'm currently fishing the Harris chain of lakes, Florida. Jigging the lily pads are producing excellent catches of Crappie...

The VMC Neon moon eye jig works great. I like the realistic eye and detail with these jigs for crappie and blue gill.

A little pricey but I love them for jigging or trolling !
I have always been impressed with VMC terminal tackle and when these jigs went on sale recently I thought I would give them a try. I was very impressed with the finish and workmanship of these jigs. I use a lot of small plastics, including some hard to rig elaztech and these jig heads somehow make a huge difference in rigging this type of soft plastic. I would have settled for just the quality of finish and craftsmanship, but the ease of rigging difficult baits push these over the top. I would recommend these to anyone looking for jig heads in the 1/32, 1/16 and 1/8 sizes. Best ultralight jig heads on the market, period. Discount Tackle never disappoints and every order to date has arrived quicker than estimated at the time of purchase!

Perfect balance and great paint
The 1/32 and 1/16 are now staples in my jig box. What I really like is the perfect balance these maintain with a variety of Bobby Garland and Keitech jig tails, even when tied with a loop knot, which makes perfect for vertical fishing as well.
Got this rod after owning two spinning and two bait casting previous generation Evergreen rods for a couple of years. I love the handle and how crisp the blank is, but the blank is a little crooked and not all guides line up. It was a hassle getting it and chasing the package through USPS because it was delayed. Even with these shortcomings, this rod is light and crisp and real joy to fish with, so if you can get over the fact that the blank might not come perfectly straight this rod will be a great addition to anyone's arsenal. Great piece of equipment.
The Super Z-Z1 medium diving crank bait in spawn Killer color is such a hot bait. This Super Z runs true and the action it has attracts fish even the finicky ones. This lure is always on my pole. It's my go to lure, and will out fish any other lure!! You won't be disappointed!!! Just don't buy them all. Incase I need to replace mine!
