Actually have the internal weights as well as these and prefer these. I think they stir the bottom more nd prevenent the worm from getting ripped up in the head itself.

Wanted to mess around with tiny child rigging and these did the trick. Cheap and stay in. Also works great for running a Neko rig and getting more action out of your wacky rigs.
