    Braid Cutter

I purchased the Rapala Fishing Line Cutter because it was a pain to cut braided line with scissors. The Rapala line cutters worked better Than I expected . The cutter is handy to use and takes no room in my tackle box. For the money you can't beat it.

    OK in theory.

Bought these line scissors based on reviews. They must have got something different. Scissors i received will not cut 20 lb braid at all. Barely cut flourocarbon.
Love the Rapala brand, but these have been a disappointment. Didn't cost much, and I didn't get much...

    Good little snips!!

These snips are a good little device! They're light weight, compact, and easy to open and operate with one hand! The lanyard will keep them right where you need them and is soft against the neck.
I have purchased quite a few "super line" cutters that all say that cutting braid is what they're designed for and these, like all the rest, leave something to be desired. If you can manage to get some good tension on your tag end, you can get a clean cut. About 50% of the time. We will have to see how sharp they remain over time.
If you don't use a lot of braid you will ring these to be a fine product for your money! You can get a really close cut with these!!
