Daiwa Coastal Salt Pro Surf Spinning Rods are saltwater spinning rods purpose-built for long casting surf fishing plugs like the Daiwa Salt Pro Minnows and others deep into the surf. Salt Pro Surf Rods feature IM-7 graphite with woven carbon construction, Fuji Alconite Ring Low Rider guides, and Fuji DPS stainless steel hood reel seats. X-Tube grip design improves grip control and comfort and blank-through-handle construction ensures strength from butt to tip.
In addition to excelling at long casting, Salt Pro Surf Rods help fast, ripping style retrieve that produces an erratic side-to-side swim action to draw a predator's attention. Grab your favorite Salt Pro Minnows, a Daiwa BG or Saltist Spinning Reel, and get ready to get hooked up in the surf.
Available in lengths ranging from 7 feet to 12 feet in Medium, Medium-Heavy, and Heavy rod power ratings.
