Yamamoto Baits Mega Strike Attractant - 1 oz.

I have used Megastrike exclusively for many years. It stays on your lure for a good amount of time and has a pleasant smell. I also rub it on my hands to get rid of any odors or otherwise unpleasant to the fish smells. The only con I can think of is that when it gets hot it gets runny and loses its gel consistancy. So on really hot days I keep it in a small cooler with my drinks and only take it out as I need to freshen up a lure or new bait.

It really works very well

My go to attractant but the price is too high. $7.00 per ounce is too high.

I've been using MegaStrike 'attractant' for about 12 years. This product doesn't attract bass, but the slippery coating it provides on a soft plastic seems to induce the fish to hold on longer, giving me time to detect and set the hook. With plain soft plastic I think more often the bass reject and spit out (unless they're angry and chomping hard). Original 2 oz tube used to cost $15, when I could find it. It's not widely available. This 1 oz tube for $8 is okay price, considering these many years and rarity.

I think it's ridiculous charging 8.00 for a 1ounce tube of Mega strike. Thank you for listening
