Replaced previous more expensive 60 lb leader, by different MFG, where the line knot would break around 27 lbs ,with P-Line Shinsel with no issues. Like it a lot.

This is the best by far, landed 12+ lb steelhead on 6 lb. also really good abrasion resistance. The only thing to watch for like most other flouro is it does turn opaque after being in the water for a while. Outstanding!

Impressed!

This is my first time trying this flouro and I am totally impressed in every regard. I think I found my new favorite leader material

shinsei fluorocarbon leader material

I have caught hundreds of salmon on the 25lb from 5 to 35 lbs and never had one break the leader. This is the best in the world if you ask me.

This stuff is THIN!

I used the P-Line Shinsei for some winter steelhead leader, and compared to some other fluorocarbon leader, this stuff is really thin but strong. I bought some 10# that looked like 6# mono, but it was definitely tough. The fluoro is supposed to be invisible in the water anyway, but even if it was mono, it would be tough to spook the fish with this so thin.
