View full detailsI bought the 3/8 and the 3/16 and both look amazing. The 3/16 pairs up perfectly with a keitech fat swing 3.3. Because the hook size on the 3/8 is bigger it needs at least a 3.8 or 4.3 swimbait. The weedguard on the 3/16 is too stiff but that can be solved pulling out a 3-4 of the guards.
Another great Daiwa product! The reel itself is extremely lightweight, and the small profile allows you to comfortably palm it for all-day use without any fatigue. I have been using mine for Swim Jigs, Bladed Jigs, Crankbaits, and 3-5" Swimbaits with no issues. The Zillion casts a mile and is extremely smooth. Oh, it also features a clicking drag! I would highly recommend this reel if you are in the market for a great all-around use baitcaster, or if you want to upgrade your current reel to something a little nicer! You won't regret it. Picasso is hands down the best jig available. I catch more fish using Picasso vs any other brand out there.
