The Xplasma process also improves hydrophobic capabilities of Asegai over 240% over standard braided lines allowing for longer casts and less freeze up in guides and reels in cold weather. Some of the best braided line anglers in the world like Aaron Martens, Brent Ehrler, Brett Hite, Jason Christie, Todd Faircloth and Dean Rojas all contributed to the development. Asegai is a premium eight strand Japanese made PE with tight woven surface.

Great Braided Line.

There are a lot of big names out there.
Sunline Xplasma Asegai Is my go to now.
Tried it because of the price. So glad I did.

Great smooth casting braid. Really love the fact it doesn't seem to fade like other brands do. I'll buy it again.

Seems ok so far.

It faded quickly and fraid in the reeds. Cast a country mile. I am going to give it more time. The 12lb line has plenty of line strength and good knot strenght.

Great line

Great braid and very easy to see in the water

Not satisfied with the 12#

Love the bright color but the 12# was inferior to other braids I have used. Quick to fade and as soon as it fades the strength is gone. Braid will then break on typical hook set (not at the knot). Giving it one more shot at 16#.
