The Storm Largo Shad are a series of bass/freshwater optimized versions of the saltwater-focused Storm 360GT Largo Shad. Just like the 360GT version, the Largo Shad has a deep belly baitfish profile and classic paddle tail design that give it an alluring slow body roll with tons of tail swinging motion.
The bait also has a unique Tail Tendon plastic segment that connects the bottom of the tail to the body. This design is intended to give anglers the ability to adjust the intensity of the tail swinging motion, with a more subtle action retained by leaving it intact and a more pronounced action created by cutting it and letting the tail swing with greater freedom.
Fish it any way you like: swimbait hooks, swimbait jigheads, swim jigs, spinnerbaits, and bladed jigs are all excellent options.
Available in 15 colors (including several hyper-realistic Live Series colors) and 3 sizes: 3.0 - 3 inch (7 pack), 3.5 - 3.5 inch (6 pack) and 4.0 - 4 inch (6 pack).

Life like fathead minnow
I have been looking for a life like minnow for years to replicate our walleye's favorite bait in the spring, a fathead minnow. It appears that Discount Tackle has it right. Mine arrived today and can't wait to see how my choice works on the local fish.

I have used these before but I have found the slower you do your presentation to the bass the more reaction strikes you get. If you burn it through cover a lot of times the bass miss it or try just to kill it. Also, a slow stop and go presentation works well, cranking two turns slow then pause then repeat. Bumping into rocks or wood then a stop helps getting reaction strikes. Match the size to the forage the fish are predominantly eating and get by with the lightest weight to give the bait some wobble action on the cast so the sink rate looks natural as to the forage. Most strikes come from underneath or from behind the bait so bend your hook barb upwards to get a better hookset.
