The spools on the Talica are also purpose-built to be highly-compatible with modern braided superlines and offer free-spooling capabilities. An ultra-smooth and powerful Cross Carbon drag system provides tons of power to handle long battles with fierce pelagic predators.
The Talica is also loaded with features to ensure longevity in harsh saltwater environments, including Shimano's A-RB anti-rust bearings and E.I. proprietary corrosion resistant treatment of the reel spool and body protect it from saltwater damage.
