The Shimano Tekota A is a totally redesigned version of the Tekota series of star drag levelwind conventional reels that dutifully continues the legacy of durability that stands tall behind the Tekota name. With this redesign, vast improvements have been made, including CoreProtect technology that resists water to increase corrosion resistance, an easy to replace anti-fogging lens (LC models), loud clicker, and new ergonomic S-Compact body design. Excellent cross-over reel for both Great Lakes and saltwater fishing.
